Strategy Consulting focused on Reputation Management

Building Reputation as an Asset

Most organisations treat reputation as a communications outcome fragmented across campaigns, channels, and functions rather than as a strategic variable that influences business outcomes.

Eminence was established to bridge this gap.

We exist to help leaders move reputation from perception management to strategic decision-making especially in moments of scrutiny, transition, and crisis, where credibility is tested, and long-term outcomes are decided.

Meet the People Behind Our Success

Founder & CEO

After working with institutions such as CRISIL, Standard & Poor’s, Aditya Birla Capital, ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, and The Great Eastern Shipping Company, Mitu developed a first-hand understanding of how trust, visibility, and leadership presence directly influence business outcomes.

Eminence was founded to bring this insight into an advisory model that helps organisations move from consideration to conviction—by building reputations that endure scrutiny, scale responsibly, and compound over time.

Mitu is an experienced reputation advisor and certified leadership coach. She currently serves as an Independent Director on the boards of Times Internet Limited, Equirus Capital, Shree Digvijay Cement, and Peninsula Land, and works closely with senior leaders on reputation, leadership presence, and stakeholder trust.

She is also deeply committed to advancing women in leadership and has mentored over 150 professionals through structured industry initiatives.
